Strong career development & training (internal and external training) So what do IT/OT As IT/OT Technical Specialist, you will have responsibility for the support of the OT technology which in-turn supports the operations of the business, this includes but is not limited to, process control and monitoring equipment, and plant infrastructure. You will be able to forge an open and positive working relationship with system owners and key members of the Manufacturing and Development Departments, promoting proactive, two-way communication in order to implement best-practice and integration with the IT Infrastructure. How will you impact; Support OT hardware and infrastructure, performing technical operational support, implementation and systems administration for OT systems. Monitor, operate, and enhance OT infrastructure and industrial control systems, including servers and desktop computers. Provide consultation on software/systems implementation and validation, and offer advanced help desk support. Align solutions with the site's digital strategy and support end users in data transformation and reporting. Perform system administration of OT systems, managing user roles, configurations, security, and access rights. Support the end user base in using the above software/systems, to assist in search, transformation and reporting of data to business stakeholders. Key Requirements Experience with IT/OT systems in a Production environment, including Microsoft Operating Systems, Licensing Models, SQL Databases, VMware ESXi/vSphere, and Linux Server Systems. Proficient in system administration, user roles, configurations, security, and access rights for OT systems, and capable of managing multiple projects and workstreams under pressure. Knowledge of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Siemens TIA or similar automation systems, and experience with Backup Systems like VEEAM. Competent in communicating with team members of varying technical abilities locally and with Central Teams in Denmark and Poland, and managing external vendor relationships. Understanding of SAP HANA ERP Solutions, OPEX and CAPEX, and experience using ticketing systems for technical support. Things We’d Love To Tell You About Arla We are a farmer-owned cooperative.
