Standard holiday (2 days to be taken during Xmas close down), Private medical insurance after probation, pension and Company events My client is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to be their internal IT Product Specialist champion. If you have a passion for technology, sales, and marketing, this could be the perfect role for you! Your key responsibilities as the IT Product Specialist will include: Developing in-depth IT product knowledge, becoming a product and solution specialist, understanding the entire portfolio including services and new products. Identifying key product/solution opportunities and communicating these to the sales team. Collecting and distributing product roadmap information to sales teams. Being the go-to person for bid and pricing queries, ensuring the sales teams are aware of any challenges or opportunities around stock holding. Supporting media campaigns, attending events, and maintaining a regular presence in the suppliers’ offices to build and maintain internal network. Working with the marketing department to drive digital engagement, analyzing social media metrics and developing engagement strategies. Skills and experiences required for the IT Product Specialist include: Excellent written and verbal communication Strong attention to detail Strong commercial awareness Demonstrable ability to think on your feet Sales floor experience Social media strategy Product marketing If you have experience in hardware vendor experience – ideally HP, product management, and sales and marketing, it would be an advantage.
