29.42 per hour PAYE Our client is looking for an experienced HR Data Remediation Officer. Responsibilities:
Performing analysis of core HR & Payroll data to quantify the scale of liability which exists within the project. Processing HR records and incorporating these into the dataset to understand and evidence how the project liability is mitigated by past actions. Conducting a line-by-line review of the dataset to ensure accuracy of data held, with a view to minimizing the scale of the potential liability. Producing reporting in a range of formats (statistical, written & presented) to accurately convey the liability based on the scale of the project and quality of the source data. Collaborating with HR colleagues and others to quality assure the data produced, ensuring it can withstand scrutiny from an external auditor. Working Pattern:
