IT Project Engineer
required to deliver on-site and remote IT, Cybersecurity, and Telecoms projects across the UK for an established technology partner (MSP) offering a wide array of services, including hosted telephony, managed IT, cybersecurity certifications, social media, and web design. You will work closely with customers and the sales team to ensure efficient project execution while also supporting the helpdesk team when needed. Responsibilities include: Diagnosing and resolving IT incidents Deploying Microsoft 365 and Voice365 solutions Ensuring accurate project documentation Following ISO 9001 & 27001 standards Providing technical sales support The ideal candidate will have IT support and project delivery experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and a full UK driving license.
