Job Description

Then this might be the opportunity for you! RedBrick IT Solutions is an IT Managed Service Provider providing IT Support and Security Services for around 120 clients nationally. Our clients range from 10 to 400 users. We are based in the town of Bourne, Lincolnshire in the East Midlands. As our IT Project Manager, you will be undertaking a breadth of small to large scale projects based around infrastructure, services, and software. You will be working alongside a team that includes an experienced Service Delivery Team Manager and skilled engineers ready and willing to support you in anything you may need. You will be reporting to the Operations Director and Managing Director. Requirements: Previous experience delivering IT migration projects or IT change management. Experience with stakeholder management and communicating effectively. Ability to work well under pressure in cross-functional environments. Comfortable and confident dealing with migration projects. Experience working within an IT Support Environment is essential. Key Elements of Role: You will be responsible for planning, organizing, allocating resources for, budgeting, and successfully executing the organization’s specific IT goals. Such projects might include: Software and app development Hardware installations Network upgrades Cloud computing Miscellaneous IT services You will deliver an excellent customer experience via the provision of high-quality, professional project management for the Managed Services team, which will include: Managing aspects of projects including planning, monitoring, control, reporting, and communication to achieve successful implementations delivered to the required quality, time, and budget. Providing guidance to the customer's project team and acting as project lead on behalf of the business. Ensuring all processes and tasks are completed, with procedures and controls in place for each project. Managing internal and external stakeholders. Managing any risks and issues. Supporting new service projects, ensuring project plans and resources are in place, and any new requirements are documented and supported. Continually working to update project procedures and look to improve the process for customers. Supporting the Service Delivery Team Leader, ensuring all work is scheduled, on track, and documentation is up to date. Building relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the team is keeping up to date on any changes that may affect the onboarding of new customers. Being aware of revenue targets and revenue reporting, working with the Service Delivery Team Leader to ensure revenue targets are met.
