So, what’s the job? You’ll plan, lead, organize, and motivate cross-functional technology project teams to ensure IT projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. You'll build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensure clear communication across teams, manage expectations, and drive engagement through proactive updates. You'll develop detailed project plans, maintain a RAID register, assess project alignment with changes, and ensure solutions align with the company's digital strategy. You'll lead agile change management, effectively communicate changes, and manage scope shifts with contingency plans to keep projects on track. You'll provide regular, data-driven updates to stakeholders on project progress, risks, financial performance, and escalations. You'll develop budgets, monitor project costs, and manage cash flow while ensuring financial accuracy through collaboration with Finance team. You'll lead, coach, and motivate diverse teams, manage staffing, and foster a collaborative, results-driven culture. You'll ensure compliance with policies and regulations, identify value-adding opportunities, and uphold quality assurance and SLA standards throughout the project lifecycle. And what are we looking for? You'll have over 5 years of project management experience, including expertise in project planning, governance, budgeting, and E2E lifecycle. You’ll have a degree in Computer Science, Project Management or equivalent certification (PRINCE2, Scrum, or PMP). You'll have extensive experience in managing multiple stakeholders, vendor selection, contract negotiations, and delivering IT-led projects with significant business change. You’ll have experience in implementing scaled applications and infrastructure in large organisations, with proficiency in Agile (SAFe or similar). You'll have a proven track record of leading diverse teams, both technical and business-oriented, to achieve successful project outcomes. Experience managing projects using various methodologies and/or frameworks including Agile, Waterfall or other. So, why choose us?
