IT Project Manager , you will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing IT projects from initiation to completion. Your main challenge will be analyzing and assessing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and developing solutions that help meet business goals. This role requires close collaboration with technical teams, developers, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, and with high-quality results. Your organizational, communicational, and analytical skills help our department to be the best service provider for our internal customers. Responsibilities:

Plan and manage the entire IT project lifecycle, from initiation to closure. Define project goals, work plans, and deadlines. Coordinate the IT activities and business stakeholders to ensure project progress. Gather and document business requirements by working with stakeholders and conducting detailed interviews. Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure a common understanding of project goals. Develop and maintain detailed project documentation, including business cases, process flows, and use cases. Ensure the quality of deliverables and compliance with technical requirements. Monitor project progress using the Jira project management tool. Communicate project status to the internal stakeholders. Identify and mitigate project risks. Solve problems that may arise during the project lifecycle, intervening promptly to keep the project on schedule. Prepare periodic reports and post-project analysis. Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an IT Project Manager

or in a related role for at least 5-8 years. Familiarity with financial business processes. In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.). Experience with project management tools (Jira). Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams. Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking. Experience in creating detailed reports, process documentation, and presentations. Must have: Previous experience in IT projects related to Finance processes. Familiarity with SAP. Advanced experience with Confluence and Jira. Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile.
