The Opportunity: Clarion is entering an exciting phase in its evolution as we're transforming towards digital- and customer-first, to enable us to deliver excellent customer outcomes that future-proof our business. To strengthen the team, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager to manage the delivery of multiple projects and product development initiatives. We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Technical Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of IT projects from initiation to completion. As part of the Transformation team, this role requires a strong understanding of technical project management methodologies, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams and alter their communication style as appropriate. Key Responsibilities: Deliver all projects on time, within scope, and within budget. Collaborate with internal teams (BA, developers, IT, QA, UX/UI) and external stakeholders (Sales, Marketing) to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Work with the transformation team to plan and execute training and adoption strategies for successful project rollout. Coordinate and guide multiple technical teams working on different transformation tracks and initiatives. Proactively identify and resolve risks, issues, and bottlenecks to keep projects on track. Break down technical concepts into clear, actionable plans and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies. Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to stakeholders. Ensure compliance with security, quality, and regulatory standards for all IT projects. Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively to ensure on-time delivery. Requirements Knowledge, Skills & Behaviours: Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in IT or related fields. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools like Azure DevOps, MS Project, etc. Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt language for both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong leadership skills, able to motivate and manage cross-functional teams to meet project tasks and deliverables. Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on high-quality results. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), IT infrastructure, and cloud solutions. Ability to handle simple technical tasks such as scripting, troubleshooting, and code reviews. Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools. Knowledge of IT security protocols, database management, and basic coding (Python, SQL).
