Job Purpose The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing highly visible and critical projects, ensuring they meet their objectives efficiently and effectively. The candidate will be adept at coordinating teams, managing stakeholders, and overcoming challenges to deliver successful project outcomes. The division establishes common standards and IT governance across the business. It further develops and manages core applications enabling smooth operational running of the organization across all functions. We drive and deliver future roadmaps aligned to the overall strategic direction of the business. Group Technology support services to over 7500 end users across the globe, manage the information security operation and safeguard all our assets. Our core Group Technology functions include Technical Architecture, Network & Voice, IT Security, Service Delivery, Solutions Delivery and Asset Management. Group Technology has a global presence across all regions with over 400 staff. Job Overview Key Responsibilities: Managing projects from vision through requirements, design, build and test, and post implementation support (including an appropriate gating process) Manage a small team of Project Managers Agreeing suitable project governance and ensuring that it is aligned with the Project Governance Framework Ownership and management of project deliverables and artefacts including plans, risk, and stakeholder reporting as set out in the Project Governance Framework Liaison with internal business and technical teams to ensure business requirements are defined, documented, and delivered Management of third-party technology suppliers/partners within project parameters Matrix management of project resources. Skills & Experiences: Track record of delivering large-scale and complex IT-driven projects

(Network, Infrastructure, Service Engineering, implementation of changes based on design, etc.) Person management experience or the desire to move into a people management role Experience of working with Service (IT Helpdesk) teams to onboard projects into Service Business-As-Usual Experience of working within an IT project management function as part of a virtual cross-functional and multi-disciplinary team Ability to develop and / or quality assure project lifecycle documentation and technical artefacts and manage governance to ensure delivery to time, cost, and quality Ability to build excellent working relationships with stakeholders at all levels using interpersonal and influencing skills to support project delivery PRINCE2 / APM or similar project management accreditation desirable but not essential
