Do you have the ability to deliver complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality? We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team at AB Agri, where you will be responsible for managing and delivering a wide range of critical IT and business projects. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage project budgets, and ensure effective results by addressing challenges ahead of time. If you have in-depth knowledge of ERP implementations, especially with Dynamics 365, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you! What you'll be doing:

Managing the delivery of business and IT transformation projects, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to quality standards. Developing and managing detailed project plans, tracking progress, and managing resources throughout the project lifecycle. Managing project budgets, authorising capital spend, and ensuring financial tracking against approved budgets. Directing and motivating cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear goals and alignment with project targets. Identifying and managing project risks and issues, implementing corrective actions when required. Producing key project documentation, including statements of work, project plans, and progress reports for stakeholders. Collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure effective delivery of project deliverables. Supporting and mentoring junior project team members, enabling them to develop skills and contribute to the project. What You’ll Bring:

Established experience in managing and delivering complex IT and business transformation projects, from inception to completion. Solid understanding and practical application of project management methodologies, including Prince2 or other waterfall frameworks. Experience in ERP implementations, particularly with Dynamics 365 or similar enterprise systems. Financial management skills, including managing project budgets and tracking expenditures. Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate clearly at all levels, from senior leadership to on-the-ground teams. Proficient problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing risks, issues, and hurdles. A collaborative, team-oriented mindset, with experience coordinating and motivating cross-functional teams. Proficient organisational, planning, and documentation skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently. A relevant degree or equivalent qualification (business, numerate, engineering, or analysis) is desirable. About The Company
