Senior IT Recruitment Consultant Belfast City Centre Salary: £28,000+ (salary based on experience) The Opportunity As a member of our team, you'll have full autonomy to run your own desk, focusing on the growing technology market in Ireland. You'll have the opportunity to build out a team of your own, with options in the future to work in any of our international offices. Typical responsibilities will include- Sourcing candidates and creating a pipeline of candidates for future openings Guiding candidates through the recruitment process, prepping candidates for interviews, and ensuring a smooth experience Scheduling interviews and providing feedback Building relationships with both candidates and clients, and providing market insight Generating new business through cold calling, chasing leads and research Why Reperio?
