You will be managing the full end-to-end recruitment process including business development to build and establish new professional relationships as well as proactive candidate resourcing via LinkedIn, Job Boards, Adverts, and Referrals. You will be required to use selling and negotiation skills on multiple levels from sourcing/feedback & offer stages. What we require:
Desire to work within a sales environment and to targets/previous experience in sales or a target-based environment Complete fluency in English (spoken and written) Additional fluency in Danish, Swedish, Finnish, Norwegian, German, or French are also desirable (but not required) This vacancy is for a permanent, full-time role based in the UK.
