Work with Business Continuity management to ensure that the disaster recovery (crisis management) and business continuity plans drive disaster recovery (DR) strategy and procedures. Establish and maintain the overall plans for executing all recovery procedures and understand their interdependencies. Establish and maintain detailed DR communications and command & control plans. Work with Technology Services & the wider business to lead on ensuring that disaster recovery solutions are adequate, in place, maintained, and tested as part of the regular operational life cycle. Act as liaison for auditing and examination of disaster recovery processes and controls. Raise IT DR awareness across the business, working with operational & engineering teams, providing guidance, support and training where applicable. Skills we would love you to have
Assertive personality, with strong organisational and interpersonal skills. Experience in a Medium to Large Financial Services environment. Good technical, analytical and communication skills (both written and verbal). Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), Guidewire and Microsoft 365 & Azure, DevOps, SharePoint, ServiceNow and Immersive Labs. Proven experience in developing IT DR plans and coordinating IT DR testing activities or similar experience in other IT related planning activities. What we offer
