IT Risk and Compliance Manager EMEA - Contract role 3 months

Why we're hiring: The IT Risk and Compliance team ensures that all brands are adhering to internal policies and procedures so that the organisation meets regulatory auditing requirements. This role will be responsible for coordinating the activity required for remediation where there is divergence from policies, as highlighted in audits. What you'll be doing: Be a key liaison with the markets to assist in timely completion of audits (internal, external or client), providing support and guidance as required. Provide up to date reporting of audit status to Risk and Compliance Lead. Play a key role in monitoring audit deficiencies and supporting markets in developing remediation plans. Review remediation documentation to ensure plans have been implemented correctly. Identify appropriate mitigating controls for audit deficiencies. Perform detailed walkthroughs of automated controls to review system configuration. Support the Risk & Compliance Lead in developing technology risk awareness and education activities. Be a point of contact for technology risk and compliance questions, advice, and support. Establish a risk community across the range of businesses to proactively manage existing risk. What you'll need: Prior experience in internal and external IT audits. Confidence to lead discussions with senior market stakeholders and external auditors. Ability to work independently and proactively on solutions to self-identified problems. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and global markets. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
