Elevation IT are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented IT & Risk Support Analyst to join one of our key clients in Sheffield. In this role, you will support the Head of Risk in ensuring that risks are effectively managed and monitored across the business. Additionally, you will work closely with the IT Risk Manager to maintain the company’s IT infrastructure and manage its cyber security risks. Key Responsibilities: IT & Cyber Security: Serve as a primary point of contact for IT-related escalations and liaise with the 3rd party outsourced IT provider Support the IT Risk Manager with IT projects as they arise Carry out system administration including new user access Prepare key management information (MI) for the IT Manager to monitor the network and cyber risks Assist in maintaining and updating the IT risk framework, including critical documentation such as IT policies, risk registers, procedures, and controls schedules Work with the IT Manager to identify and mitigate high-risk vulnerabilities across all devices, ensuring timely patching Ensure the smooth operation, maintenance, and upgrade of business technology (VC, telephony, and mobile phones) Support the IT Risk Manager in executing a comprehensive testing program for the business continuity plans Assist in maintaining key business continuity documentation and updating plans following significant IT changes Produce Key Risk Indicator (KRI) reports for the Risk & Assurance department Collaborate with the Head of Risk to review and enhance the control frameworks Assist in conducting in-depth reviews as part of the businesses Assurance program We are keen to speak with ambitious IT professionals with the following skills & experience: Experience in providing IT support in a commercial environment including, Hardware, Software, Infrastructure & Networks Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce detailed reports in excel, PowerBI etc Familiarity with cyber security frameworks and IT governance best practices If you are passionate about risk management and IT support, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team, we would love to hear from you.
