Candidate Value Proposition:

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a high visibility Program, opportunity to have close working relations with groups outside of cyber security, will gain experience with cyber policies and exception procedures, for a top 5 Canadian Bank. Typical Day in Role:

Will be communicating with data owners and site owners to ensure they are aware of guidelines and requirements, ensure they comply and assist in remediating non-compliant assets. Work with senior security analysts associated with the program to determine non-compliant applications. Create tracking, lists and reports surrounding project progress. Reach out to non-compliant application owners to assist in remediation and follow-up until completion. Participate in meetings and project check points to provide status updates, raise questions and concerns in reaching program milestones. 6 hours meetings/week and rest is tracking and communications heavy. Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:

8+ years of experience as a Security Analyst. Expert experience with Outlook, Office 365 – SharePoint, and MS Suite (Excel (pivot tables, macros, formulas, data manipulation), Word, PowerPoint). 3+ years’ experience with Power BI (intermediate to advanced proficiency). 3+ years’ experience in Data Analysis. Nice-To-Have Skills:

Bilingual Spanish a strong asset. Experience with JIRA. Experience with cyber policy review. Project management skills. Experience with onboarding and exception procedures. Experience with cybersecurity. Portfolio management experience. Soft Skills Required:

Strong verbal + written communication skills - required. Willingness and aptitude to learn new things, open minded. Strong organizational skills. Creative and design forward mindset (to help with PowerPoint presentations). Team-player. Able to call out questions and concerns in a management level audience, not afraid to speak up. Education:

Bachelor’s - preferable in technical, security fields. Certification in technical communication would be an asset. PMP an asset. CISSP / security certifications an asset. Candidate Review & Selection:

2 rounds – MS Teams Video Interviews – 30 minutes 1st – with HM – initial conversation, resume and experience review, learning about expectations for the role, problem-resolution type of questions and going through experience of managing stakeholders with different communication styles and priorities. 2nd – with Director – going through experience. Hiring Manager’s availability to interview: ASAP
