IT Security Manager Commutable to Luton/ Gateshead - remote working position We Put People First so you can Deliver Outstanding Service This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with vast IT Security experience to join our wider IT team. You will have a proactive approach in managing all aspects of Information and Cyber Security, ensuring the business IT infrastructure is appropriately secured. Do you have Cyber Security experience? Experience managing multiple security tools? Are you personable and confident speaking to a range of stakeholders at different levels? As an IT Security Manager, you will be: Overseeing and having direct ownership of the IT Security incident process, the IT Security Tooling, and ensuring all assets are protected and up to date. Managing multiple security tools, awareness programs, and working within an ISO27001 framework. Leading on all Group security awareness programs and initiatives, liaising with and training Churchill employees on information security matters. Working with the external consultant on the internal information security audit programme. Liaising with Certification bodies regarding external ISMS audits, managing all nonconformances, non-compliances, and improvements raised from internal and external information security audits. Undertaking monthly spot checks of IT security performance and reporting data to Group IT Director. As an IT Security Manager, you will have: CISSP and/or CISM, MSC Cyber Security. Previous experience of managing IT Security within an organisation is essential. An understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud services, with a proactive approach to IT security. Effective communication with the ability to build professional, friendly, and accessible relationships with stakeholders. The ability to prioritize and escalate issues as required. Flexible approach to work, ability to work under pressure, and excellent organisational skills. Qualifications: Key Qualifications: BSC in Cyber Security (or similar). GCSE A-C or equivalent (at least 3).
