Network Automation Developer
on a
contract basis . In this role, you will work on complex network automation projects to drive operational efficiency in telecommunications networks. We are looking for an expert in
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with Python , with extensive hands-on experience in
Kubernetes
and
Docker
for network services in containerized environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop network automation solutions
using
Python
with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles to optimize telecommunications network functions.
Implement and manage
network automation workflows
using
Kubernetes
and
Docker
for container orchestration and deployment.
Collaborate with network engineers and architects to build automation scripts that streamline network operations and ensure high performance.
Automate network functions, protocols (eg, TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VLANs), and services, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Integrate Python automation scripts with existing network management platforms and cloud-native environments.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and continuously improve automation processes for large-scale, complex telecommunications networks.
Stay current with industry trends and new technologies to innovate and enhance network automation practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Network Automation Developer
in the
telecommunications industry .
Expert-level proficiency in
Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) with Python .
Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with
Kubernetes
and
Docker
for containerized network services and orchestration.
Strong understanding of network protocols (eg,
TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VLANs ) and telecommunications network architecture.
Familiarity with automation tools like
Ansible ,
Netmiko , or
Nornir .
Experience with cloud-based networking environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network automation issues.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced contract environment.
Self-driven and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
