Position Overview As the public face of the IT Department, the Service Centre provides essential support to their business and customers. Candidate Requirements Essential Technical Skills: Apple Mac OS Jamf Pro MS O365 / AAD / Azure Powershell Responsibilities: Support and manage issues relating to all company applications and liaise with external vendors. Provision, deploy and maintain IT infrastructure and services. Administer user accounts, including MS O365, JAMF, Microsoft Teams, etc. Analyse and resolve assigned first/second/third line support calls at the London Head Office and other regional offices.
