Our Service Desk Analyst role, based in our modern St Ives office, is key in ensuring colleagues on site and on our remote network are best placed for IT support. Simplify & Technology: Revolutionising Conveyancing Technology is at the heart of everything we do. Working in a paperless environment with a cutting-edge case management system, we are making conveyancing more efficient and client-centric. You will play a key role in ensuring system access is available, and issues are dealt with in an effective and timely manner. The role: What you'll be doing Provide technical support to end users, both remotely and in person. Help users resolve issues with computer systems. Manage software licenses, troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Set up and test new hardware, and install necessary software. Assist with system performance, software bugs, malfunctioning hardware, and basic computer troubleshooting. What do we need from you? An academic IT qualification is ideal (but not essential). Strong communication skills to interact effectively with technical and non-technical users. A basic understanding of Microsoft Office Software and Operating Systems. Excellent customer service skills, including logging and escalating issues. Enthusiasm to learn and adapt to new technologies and environments. Ability to follow documented procedures and contribute to their improvement. You must be a driver and have access to a vehicle due to travel requirements to other sites.
