About the Role We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a 1st Line IT Service Desk Support. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who may not have an IT background but is keen to learn and grow in the industry. Key Responsibilities Managing a ticketing system Providing 1st line support Issue identification and diagnosis Problem Resolution Information Gathering About You If you are driven, curious, and ready to start your career in IT, we would love to hear from you. Key Skills Problem Solver Strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with team members and employees Work well within a team and independently Driven Ability to collect and analyse information to solve problems The role is based at our Wakefield office, with an expectation to be in the office full time during the training period.
