An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Service Manager to become part of our existing service management team in our Cyber & Intelligence organisation. opportunity for ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities Your Responsibilities: Responsible for the management of all incidents and requests to ensure they are handled effectively to minimise negative impact to users and service operations. Responsible for maximising the number of successful IT changes by ensuring that risks have been properly assessed, authorizing changes to proceed, and managing the change schedule. Responsible for maintaining accurate and reliable information about the configuration of services, and accountable in providing a single source of consistent information on all services. Accountable in the design of products and services helping to ensure that they are fit for purpose, fit for use, and that they can be delivered by the organization and its ecosystem. Identify and explore opportunities for continual service improvements. Your Experience: Demonstrable track record of Incident, Change and Release management. Experience across the service delivery lifecycle, including Service Transition. ITIL v3 and v4 Qualifications. Extensive experience of IT Service Management Toolsets. Experience of supporting IT projects in complex and challenging environments.
