IT Service Desk Analyst The Role

This role is an opportunity for someone with a genuine passion for IT to join a team of engineers. It is a wide and varied role where you will be able to experience many aspects of IT support in a business environment. The team ethos is to learn by doing, and you will be able, and encouraged, to expand your knowledge and skills and take on more technical responsibility. You will work closely with our head office teams, as well as those located in our other regions. Key Responsibilities

Ensure customer faults/requests, communicated via email or phone, are logged and resolved within SLA’s. Resolve issues if able or escalate to IT Engineers. Set up new equipment (Windows laptops, Android devices, printers, etc.). Set up and manage User accounts within Active Directory / Office 365. Mobile Device management (Microsoft Intune / Jamf). Installing apps and software. Set up and manage site connectivity (Meraki / Teltonica routers). Create and maintain departmental documentation. Key Measures and Targets

Accurate logging of faults/requests. Resolving logged calls within SLA’s. Customer satisfaction. Key Relationships

Essential

Strong interest in IT / Technology with a desire to learn new skills. Experience with Windows 10 / 11. High attention to detail. A working knowledge of Active Directory / O365 accounts & groups. Desirable

Any knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Networking, Cisco Meraki, SharePoint desirable but not essential. Experience in a customer-facing environment. Caring and Investing in You
