Onsite IT Support Engineer , you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries, providing hands-on technical support for both Windows and Mac environments. Working closely with the external service desk provider and the wider IT team you will be the physical presence fronting IT technical support and help maintain the company IT infrastructure. will be critical in maintaining and optimizing our IT systems to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Provide onsite support for Windows and Mac operating systems, including hardware, software, and peripheral devices. Manage user accounts, permissions, and access through
MS Azure
and
MS Entra . Resolve IT incidents and service requests logged via
ServiceNow , ensuring timely and efficient resolution. Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity and system issues. Assist with the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment. Provide support for Microsoft 365 applications and services. Work collaboratively with other IT teams and escalate issues when required. Maintain detailed documentation of issues, solutions, and processes. Skills and Qualifications Proven experience as an IT Support Engineer or similar role. Proficiency in supporting and troubleshooting
Windows
and
Mac
operating systems. Hands-on experience with
ServiceNow
for incident and request management. Strong knowledge of
Microsoft Azure
and
MS Entra
for user account and access management. Familiarity with network troubleshooting tools and techniques. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Certification in IT-related fields (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator) is a plus.
