Key Responsibilities Create, maintain, and update technical documentation, aligning with our business requirements. Participate in software development, including coding, testing, and implementation, using various programming languages. Maintain and enhance our existing software systems. Implement and test new systems, and conduct training sessions for users. Manage automated data imports from external sources and ensure data integrity. Administer and maintain the smooth operation of our current systems, including hardware management and troubleshooting. Work closely with defined project requirements and collaborate on group projects. Uphold high standards for quality and timely completion of tasks. Required Skills Deep understanding of IT systems, encompassing both software and hardware components. Ability to effectively analyse and interpret systems and processes. Competence in data management across various formats. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred Skills Strong mathematical and technical documentation capabilities. Knowledge of SQL and database management systems. Willingness to learn and develop skills for legacy systems
