IT Solutions and Data Architect – Remote (London once a Fortnight) – up to £80,000 + £6,000 Car + 10% Bonus Company

As Solution Architect your contribution will be instrumental to the firms IT strategy – This is to totally re-modernise, simplify and de-risk their technology landscape – providing better outcomes for their customers. You will be responsible for making very high-level, concise technical decisions – evaluating their technology options and defining future architecture. Looking at the Road-map for the next year, there’s a specific knowledge gap in the firm for an Architect with exposure in data architecture covering data warehousing, data governance and adopting strategic data tools. Medium/Long term you will work across the entire business and therefore we need someone with exposure to various domains of Architecture with a mixture of Data, Applications, Integration, Cloud and Infrastructure. You’ll be a seasoned Architect and very much at the top of your game. You’ll also definitely bring a “thought leader mentality” to this role, with the ability to educate and engage the wider business on emerging technology within your area, using your knowledge to drive the business forward. Naturally, your stakeholder management skills will be utterly unrivalled across both technical and non-technical colleagues within your working environment. You’ll be tenacious, technically curious with cast iron integrity and you’ll be an approachable, inspirational Architect. Someone who is able to gain the trust and respect of your wider team. Proven experience operating as a Solutions Architect in large complex environments Breadth of technical experience working on data architecture solutions covering data warehousing, data modelling, data governance Experience working to architectural frameworks – Togaf, Zachman or similar
