You will collaborate across time zones with team members in the USA, UK, EU, and Asia to solve issues and implement new systems. You will help deploy new hardware, software and manage application updates, as well applying security configurations. This is a demanding role. The successful applicant will be required to work independently, manage a high volume of requests and prioritize their workload effectively, often working to tight deadlines. The Service Desk operates between the hours of 8am and 6pm on business days and the successful applicant will need to demonstrate some flexibility in their working hours to meet this requirement. Qualifications 1-2 years of IT support experience Strong critical thinking skills Desire and ability for self-guided learning Capability to work independently and manage priorities Preferable experience of working within an ITIL framework Preferable experience in a technical support role Preferable experience with an Office365 environment Preferable experience with Microsoft Active Directory Preferable experience with Microsoft Windows 10 We are an equal opportunities employer.
