2nd Line IT Support Technician ? Join our client, a well-established digital leader with a strong presence in sectors like

hospitality, retail, travel, leisure, and international events . As part of this growing team, you’ll work with cutting-edge technology, providing proactive, hands-on support for both client estates and internal infrastructure. Role Overview As a 2nd Line IT Support Technician, you will: Troubleshoot and resolve

escalated technical issues

from 1st Line. Perform

remote diagnostics, repairs, and proactive monitoring

to ensure smooth system performance. Support infrastructure projects, including network upgrades and system checks. Manage AWS services (EC2, RDS), Active Directory/Azure AD, and G Suite administration. Conduct testing, patching, and imaging of devices. Provide outstanding

end-user support

for clients and internal teams. Assist with phone systems, RMM tools, and content management. If you enjoy variety in your day, have a natural flair for problem-solving, and thrive in a fast-paced tech environment, this role will keep you engaged and excited! What We’re Looking For To hit the ground running, you’ll need: Proven experience

in helpdesk support, particularly 2nd line. Strong

IT knowledge

– including Windows diagnostics, AWS, and scripting (PowerShell/Bash). Exposure to tools like

HaloPSA, Splashtop, Atera , or other RMM/service desk systems. Understanding of

Active Directory, Azure AD , and

G Suite administration . Basic SQL query skills and familiarity with Cyber Essentials. A full

clean UK driving licence

and the flexibility to travel when required. Excellent customer service and communication skills – you’re the calm in the storm when issues arise! Bonus Points
