Nockolds Solicitors are an award winning leading regional Law Firm with offices in Bishop’s Stortford, London and Spain and we are now looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst for our growing IT team. This role will be office based.

You will assist with the day to day running of the IT department including:

Building and deploying desktop and laptop Windows PC’s Installing and configuring standard applications Reporting faults and configuration requests to third party suppliers Monitoring the IT support mailbox and assisting with first and second line support requests You must have good communication skills, excellent attention to detail and be able to work to deadlines. The ability to work well under pressure and prioritise workload is also essential.
