Our client pioneers inventive products crafted for enduring quality. They are seeking a highly motivated and talented IT Support Analyst / Developer to join their dynamic team. In this multifaceted role, you will play a crucial part in supporting and enhancing critical business systems and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

Supporting and Developing IT Solutions. Troubleshooting and resolving application support issues. Collaborating with the business to identify and implement new solutions to meet evolving needs. Streamlining business processes through automation and integration. Championing the adoption and utilisation of Microsoft 365 technologies across the organisation (SharePoint, Forms, Power Automate). Maintaining and optimising database performance (MS SQL Server). Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using SSRS and Power BI. Integrating internal and external systems (e.g., carriers, customers, websites). Providing technical support and training to end-users on various systems. Documenting technical processes and procedures for knowledge sharing. Actively participating in IT projects throughout their lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery. Collaborating with external vendors to resolve third-party application issues.

Skills/Experience Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong proficiency in MS SQL Server, including T-SQL, SSRS, and SSIS. Experience with Business Central, Power BI, PowerShell, C# (or similar), and FileMaker is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills. Experience with system integration and API integrations. Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A passion for technology and a continuous drive to learn. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365, SQL Server) are a plus.
