A contract IT Support Analyst is required for a 3 months assignment near Glasgow City Centre. Client Details Our client is a leading player in their industry with several branches spread across the UK. They are renowned for utilising the latest technological advancements to deliver high-quality solutions to their customers. They're looking for a contract IT Support Analyst to start ASAP. 5 days a week on-site and paying around £200 per day (inside IR35/PAYE). Description Experience of providing 2nd level IT support in a fast paced working environment. Excellent knowledge of MS O365. Experience of supporting MS Azure, Active Directory etc. Hardware build and deployment (Laptops, PCs etc.). Have ownership of any escalated issues till successful resolution. Previous experience working in an ITIL environment. Profile A successful IT Support Analyst should have: A degree in Computer Science or a related field. Proficient in various IT systems and networks. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Strong knowledge of the Transport & Distribution industry. Job Offer A day rate of around £200 per day (PAYE). Preferred start date is Monday 27th January. Due to the location of the client offices, access to a car is essential (free on-site parking).
