Legal IT Support Analyst
to deliver outstanding 1st and 2nd line IT support to users in our Central London office. As part of this high-performing team, you'll handle a variety of technical challenges, work on exciting IT projects, and collaborate with colleagues from offices worldwide. What You'll Do: Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support for users in the London office. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks. Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless IT operations across global offices. Participate in projects to implement new technologies and improve existing systems. Offer occasional on-site IT support during business trips in Europe. What We're Looking For: Professional Experience:
Previous IT support experience in a professional services environment, ideally within the legal sector. Technical Skills: Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite and Microsoft Teams. Experience with legal systems like iManage, Intapp, Elite 3e, BigHand. Familiarity with Windows operating systems, iOS device support, and hardware troubleshooting.
