We are currently seeking an IT Support Engineer to join a leading IT services company based in Aylesbury. This fantastic opportunity offers a competitive salary of £38,000, along with a hybrid working model that includes 35% field-based work within 20 minutes of the Aylesbury area and 65% remote and office work. As an IT Support Engineer, you will play a key role in providing 1st and 2nd line support to clients, focusing on systems administration, networking, and client interactions. This role is ideal for someone looking to grow in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide IT support to clients both remotely and on-site.
Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Entra ID.
Configure and manage Windows operating systems and troubleshoot issues.
Manage small business networks, including routers, switches, and Wi-Fi systems.
Conduct IT health checks and assist with system upgrades and migrations.
What Experience is Required:
Experience administering Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams.
Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Windows Server 2016+ environments.
Familiarity with networking technologies such as routers, switches, TCP/IP, and VPNs.
Salary & Benefits:
Salary of £38,000 per annum, based on experience.
Performance-based bonuses up to 10%.
