Location: Aylesbury The Role: We are looking for a driven IT Support Engineer to join a growing IT team. This role focuses on supporting users and maintaining IT systems for both on-site and remote teams. The role is based in Aylesbury, with occasional travel to Leeds, Northern Ireland, or other UK locations. 25 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays Company pension Free on-site parking Company events Training opportunities Key Responsibilities Provide IT support for on-site staff and remote teams. Handle user onboarding and offboarding, including setting up and disabling system access. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Manage IT documentation and inventory. Administer user accounts and permissions. Offer IT training to staff. Assist with implementing and configuring IT systems. Conduct PAT testing. Requirements At least 1 year of experience in an office-based IT support role. Familiarity with Windows laptops, Android, and Apple devices. Basic understanding of servers and networking. Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern office tools. Experience in tech support or telecom systems. Knowledge of enterprise management systems for Apple and Android devices. Familiarity with Microsoft cloud systems. Full UK driving license (for occasional travel). Skills Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Attention to detail and creative problem-solving. Friendly, approachable, and professional. Seniority level
