You’ll play a vital role in delivering top-tier support and implementation services for a diverse range of clients. Duties & Responsibilities Provide first-rate technical support, assisting with client projects and resolving network-related issues. Assist in the implementation and migration of Windows Servers, as well as performing regular upgrades. Manage and support virtualisation environments using VMware, Hyper-V, and Citrix. Support Microsoft 365 and cloud environments including Azure and AWS. Offer excellent customer service and occasional onsite support for client projects. What Experience is Required A minimum of 3 years’ experience within a network consultancy or IT services environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft domain infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP. Experience with virtualisation technologies, including VMware, Citrix, and Hyper-V.
