We are searching for an IT Support Engineer who will play a pivotal role in managing the daily IT operations of our client's business. Responsibilities Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support, addressing and resolving tickets raised internally. Deliver user training on IT equipment, enhancing overall user competence and efficiency. Support and maintain printers, label printing machines, and related peripheral devices. Work closely with the IT Director, reporting on issues and contributing to IT strategies. Make recommendations and assist with WiFi improvements to enhance network performance. Minimum Requirements Proven experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support. Familiarity with managing and configuring printers and label printing devices. Experience with basic network troubleshooting, particularly in WiFi optimisation. Ability to document processes and train users on IT equipment.
