IT Support Engineer

to enhance its IT operations and provide reliable support to its internal teams. Role Overview: The

IT Support Engineer

will serve as the first point of contact for IT-related issues across the organization. The role involves providing desk-side support for Microsoft products, addressing basic networking issues, and managing Office 365 operations to ensure smooth workflows. The role comes with a bright future, great training and the next step in an early career. Key Responsibilities:

Deliver desk-side support for Microsoft environments, including Windows operating systems and Office applications. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices. Manage and maintain Office 365 accounts, ensuring seamless functionality. Address basic networking issues such as connectivity troubleshooting, device configuration, and network management. Respond promptly to IT support tickets and ensure timely issue resolution. Support IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including configuring devices and managing user accounts. Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets, processes, and troubleshooting steps. Candidate Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in a similar IT support role. Proficiency in Microsoft desk-side support, including Windows 10/11 and Office applications. Experience with Office 365 administration and troubleshooting. Basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP addressing, DNS, and VLANs. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
