Proven experience as a technical support engineer. Experience with Service Management tools such as HP SM, Jira Service Desk Knowledge in some of the following areas: Networking (Cisco, Juniper, HP, Dell) Virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V) System Automation (Ansible, Python, PowerShell) System Administration (Microsoft, Linux) Good time management skills Good interpersonal skills Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues Excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional Requirements
