Based out of our Doncaster office, we’re a close knit technical team with a passion for technical excellence and ensuring we love life as we deliver it.
What you will be doing?
You will provide 2 nd
and sometimes 3 rd
line support, via remote methods predominantly, but will require the odd client site visit You will deliver excellent technical support to external clients, adhering to agreed SLA’s Support Microsoft technologies such as Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure services Form part of our team, delivering services where other organisations fall down We need you to have: Proven technical support experience with Microsoft technologies Experience working on a Service Desk/providing remote support Customer centric view, ensuring we can deliver for them It’s nice to have: Microsoft certifications MSP experience VoIP/Networking skills To be considered: Please either apply by clicking online or emailing me directly at
