Charles Simon Associates are currently recruiting for an IT Support Engineer on a permanent basis for a well-established European business, which has a strong desire to become a global business in the near future.

Skills/Requirements for the IT Support Engineer:
Previous experience within a similar role Strong hands-on O365 experience MS Intune Strong troubleshooting skills Extensive Active Directory experience Excellent stakeholder management skills, in terms of dealing with people at both high and low level including c-suite Any previous telecoms experience, in terms of support, maintenance or installation would be highly desirable

Responsibilities:
All IT hardware and software including desk phones and phone systems, iPads, and iPhones Building and rebuilding laptops and PCs Resolving all IT queries and escalations within current SLA's Maximising uptime for critical applications, systems, and servers Enabling the business to work without interruption - including maximum uptime for all critical applications, assisting in the rollout of essential maintenance and wider projects across the entire group Reviewing, amending, and where needed creating technical and employee-facing knowledge base articles and procedures Providing the highest level of customer service
