Provide 1st, 2nd and occasionally 3rd line technical support to customers (both remotely and face-to-face), including occasionally travelling to different sites across Derbyshire/Nottinghamshire. Provide frequent feedback and updates to customers regarding their issues and requests. Record all actions, communications, and updates on the internal ticketing system – supporting tickets throughout their lifecycle. Manage IT assets such as laptops/monitors/printers. Deploy, support, and troubleshoot print services, IT hardware, Microsoft Operating Systems, and audio-visual services. Skills & Experience
Previous experience working within a similar 1st/2nd line technical support role desirable. Knowledge of standard tools such as Active Directory, Azure and further Office 365 applications beneficial. Solid understanding of networking infrastructure beneficial. Excellent and professional customer service skills, with excellent communication and listening skills. Previous experience within MSP environment desired but not essential. Full UK driving licence essential. Vacancy Summary Hours:
