Job Description We’re looking for an IT Support Engineer with a proven track record in the world of MSPs. Do you have a passion for delivering top-tier technical support while also building meaningful relationships with clients? In this role, you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, applying your technical prowess and interpersonal skills to make a real difference. Key Responsibilities Provide expert-level technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Proactively monitor client networks and systems to identify and resolve potential problems. Collaborate with our clients to understand their business needs and recommend IT solutions that align with their goals. Manage and maintain client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor on IT-related matters. Participate in the planning and execution of IT projects, including network upgrades, migrations, and system implementations. Ensure timely resolution of IT support requests and document all interactions. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance your skills. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by sharing knowledge and providing mentorship. Qualifications Previous experience working at an MSP is essential. Strong technical knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS, iOS, Android), networking, cloud technologies, and cyber security. Proven experience with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools and professional services automation (PSA) systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and client satisfaction. A commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
