The vacancy DN Colleges Group is seeking a proactive and user-focused IT Engineer to join our IT Services team. This role is crucial in providing a positive customer experience with the IT Helpdesk through second line technical support for college systems and infrastructure, ensuring smooth IT operations across all campuses and outreach centres in North Lincolnshire and South Yorkshire. You will support colleagues to resolve IT issues and provide guidance and information. The ideal candidate will be experienced in creating a positive customer experience and building relationships cross-functionally, with a keen interest in IT. Key Responsibilities:

Being the first point-of-call for the IT Helpdesk. You are responsible for supporting colleagues cross-functionally and providing guidance and support. Maintain and set up hardware, software, and network infrastructure. Provide support and training for staff and students. Respond to support requests and keep systems knowledge up to date. Create and maintain technical documentation. Ensure IT security and maintain Helpdesk records. Deliver to service contracts and SLAs. Essential Criteria:

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Level 3 IT qualification. GCSE Maths and English Grade 4 or equivalent. Experience in IT support. Good problem-solving skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365. Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines. Full UK driving licence.
