Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the on-site first point of contact for IT hardware and software support. Manage firewall configurations and ensure their effective operation. Provide support for laptops, including Mac devices. Administer and manage user accounts and MS Office 365 profiles. Diagnose and resolve issues using systematic troubleshooting skills. Perform daily system checks to maintain optimal performance. Resolve complex problems and issues in a timely manner based on priorities. Create user guides and documentation. Assist both on-site and remote users with their IT needs. Monitor and maintain networks and hardware resources. Experience:
Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience. Previous experience in supporting on-site hardware and software. Firewall management expertise. Familiarity with OneDrive, Egnyte, or similar platforms. Proficient in diagnosing and resolving IT issues using systematic troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of Mac devices and support. Experience with user account management and MS Office 365 profiles. Ability to create user guides and documentation. Understanding of network monitoring and hardware resource maintenance. Benefits:
