I’m supporting a growing MSP in Salisbury who are looking to grow their technical support team. They are currently a team of 6 but are looking to double this within the next 12-24 months.
As an IT Support Engineer, you will be focusing on the technical support and maintenance to clients. You will be providing 2nd and 3rd line duties and be given the chance to own projects and accounts if you have built a good relationship.
Skills needed:
Solid MS365 experience (SharePoint, Intune) Windows Server Networking Firewall This company is growing rapidly and there are some fantastic progression routes which you can go down. This is an onsite role with free onsite parking. However, there can be a requirement to travel to client sites (these are local), so you need to be based in the area and have a driving license.
