We currently have offices in Sheffield (our HQ), Leeds, Manchester & Bristol. What we are looking for: A strong understanding of computer systems, networking, and software. The ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues. Strong customer service skills. The ability to pay close attention to systems and environments to accurately identify, replicate, and fix issues. Efficiently manage time and prioritise tasks, often under pressure. Able to work independently and collaborate with other team members. Commitment to continuous professional development and learning. Robust knowledge of operating systems, cloud-based software applications, and mobile device management solutions. Familiarity with network troubleshooting and principles of cyber security. Good communication, teamwork, and customer service capabilities.
