View our team profiles here . What We’re Looking For We’re always on the lookout for talented and enthusiastic individuals who are passionate about technology and great customer service. In Q1 2025, we will be taking on a new IT Support Engineer. We are seeking someone who: • Thrives on solving technical problems and loves a good challenge. • Has excellent communication skills and can explain tech in simple terms. • Is a team player, eager to learn and grow. • Has experience with IT systems, networking, and customer support. • Is based on the Isle of Wight and has a full driving licence, able to drive to our customers' premises. If you’re proactive, friendly, and ready to bring your best to work every day, you could be a great fit for our team! In return, we’ll offer: • Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 hours – weekends off (no on-call). • 28 days annual leave including bank holidays. • Extra paid day off on birthday (or nearest working day) • Entry to IOW Lottery weekly prize draws. • Healthcare plan (optical, dental + more). • Company laptop. • Regular team lunches. • Workplace pension. • Flexible working when needed, although the role will be primarily office-based. • A salary of £26.5k – £30k depending on experience.
