Manage and progress tickets, ensuring clear and consistent communication with clients. Work closely with 2nd and 3rd Line teams to deliver timely solutions. Visit customer sites as needed for face-to-face support. Stay ahead of emerging technologies to deliver the best service. What They’re Looking For: A background in Managed Service Providers (MSP) or B2B environments. Experience with Office 365, Azure, Windows 11, macOS, and iOS.
