Join this close-knit, friendly IT team for an industry leading specialist that designs & deploys large-scale technology projects across Europe as their IT Support Engineer.You'll provide first and second-line technical support for a mix of prominent institutions. You'll play a vital role in maintaining their platform, resolving issues promptly and contributing to the support of their bespoke IT solutions.This is a proactive role with room to grow. You’ll have the opportunity to help shape and lead the direction of the position while collaborating with the internal team of skilled designers, field engineers, and project managers.What You’ll Do: Monitor and manage a bespoke network operations system. Provide remote support for systems, ensuring SLAs are met. Asses, resolve, and escalate tickets efficiently using their portal. Work closely with field engineers, service coordinators, and project managers. Configure systems, manage deployments, and assist in system documentation. Identify opportunities to innovate and improve processes. Essential Skills: 2+ years of IT support experience. Basic networking skills (e.g. CCNA or equivalent experience). Strong communication skills—both written and verbal. Proficiency in troubleshooting and remote management tools. A proactive mindset and problem-solving abilities. Why Work Here?
