Up to £26K depending on experience Key Responsibilities:
Provide telephone and email support to customers in order to maintain their systems Use remote tools to assist customers in troubleshooting problems Manage technical issues by creating cases within the company help desk system Create and maintain self-help documents Build and maintain customer rapport Ensure clear, professional communication between the team and customers Minimum Requirements:
Full UK driving licence as customer site visits may be required Excellent verbal/written communication skills essential A genuine interest in supporting customers with their IT, telecoms, Cyber Security, server, and telephone systems problems Note: This is an office-based position where you will receive full training and support on all systems.
